Safety Compliance

While we employ a unique blend of marine products in our propulsion system, all have long-standing and proven track records of success on the water. In the United States, motorized kayaks are presently regulated by the appropriate local and state agencies, and the U.S. Coast Guard. As it pertains to electrical systems for recreational vessels, the U.S. Coast Guard follows the standards of the American Boat and Yacht Council. In an effort to ensure your safety on the water with the use of our system, we have reviewed all relevant U.S. Coast Guard regulations and American Boat and Yacht Council standards to confirm compliance in its design and manufacturing. We have also published a list of Safe Use Guidelines, provided here and with each product purchased.
